Léo Tamayo is the General Manager of the Stone Center on GLobal ealths Dynamics. He is also a policy officer at the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research. With extensive experience in public policy, Léo Tamayo has held key roles, including serving as the Secretary General of the EU Tax Observatory, where he was responsible for fundraising, grant management, and financial reporting.
He holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Migration Studies from the University of Copenhagen and has a strong academic background in public administration and political science. Léo Tamayo is proficient in multiple languages, including French, English, and German.
