Kane Borders is a PhD student in Economics at Sciences Po, specializing in global economic policies and development. Previously, he worked as a Junior Researcher at the EU Tax Observatory, focusing on international taxation. Kane also contributed to several impact evaluation projects across Africa as a Research Assistant with The World Bank, where he conducted data analysis and maintained key research dashboards.

With a Master’s degree in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kane brings a multidisciplinary approach to his research. He has also held positions with Innovations for Poverty Action in Côte d’Ivoire and Dalberg Global Development Advisors, where he provided policy support and sector analysis in areas such as mining and employment.
