Bluebery Planterose is a PhD candidate in economics at the Paris School of Economics, where his research focuses on public economics, tax policy, and climate change. He is affiliated with the EU Tax Observatory and Skatteforsk, Center for Tax Research, and have co-authored several working papers, including studies on excess profit taxation and international attitudes toward climate policies.
Bluebery holds a Master’s in Economics and Public Policy from Sciences Po and an MPA from the London School of Economics. He has previously worked as a Research Fellow at Harvard University’s Social Economics Lab and consulted for organizations such as the OECD. In addition to his research, Bluebery has taught Public Economics and Advanced Econometrics at Sciences Po.
